This course will provide you with the skills you need to:

This course is fun, eye-opening, and interesting. You’ll be challenged and participate in several actual negotiations. You’ll be allowed to try the skills out in a real-time basis and without fear of failure. Each lesson builds upon the next simulation or case series with goal of progressive mastery. There are several breaks, lots of opportunity for questions and discussion.
The seminar follows a natural progression. First, we cover how to interview and set yourself up as the most desirable candidate. Next, we teach you negotiation skills and end with an actual realistic one-on-one practice salary negotiation (you’ll want an individualized Market Value Report for this!). We’ll teach you what you need to be able to approach your contract, teach you about office politics- how to get things done in a positive manner within your organization and how to deal with disagreements (civil or otherwise). Finally, we review how to handle that first big paycheck and secure your financial footing.
